Company History
Olympian Land began as a bowling alley in Baguio before transforming into a dynamic lifestyle center supporting small businesses. Expanding its reach to Pampanga and Pasig, Olympian Land now offers a diverse portfolio of lots for lease and development.

Beginnings. OLYMPIAN LAND is a family-owned and -operated real estate business established in the Philippines and whose current name is derived from its longest-operating building, the former OLYMPIAN LANES which was later renamed to OLYMPIAN LANE in 2021. From its beginnings in the mid-1940s (first generation), when the family patriarch and founder originally named the business OLYMPIAN, until the 1990s (second generation), OLYMPIAN LAND constructed a series of buildings that served as the home of commercial bowling and billiard centers, such as BOWL-O-DROME on Buendia Avenue, Makati, MANILA RECREATIONAL HALL on Doroteo Jose Street, Manila, and the original OLYMPIAN LANES on Mabini Street, Baguio (once known as “The Home Of The National Duckpin Champions”).
Journey and Revival. The changing times ushered in changes in the business direction of OLYMPIAN LAND. The Doroteo Jose and Makati properties were eventually retired, leaving the original OLYMPIAN LANES in Baguio as the sole surviving building for almost 15 years. But with the new and active involvement of the third generation, the family business was poised to pursue the modern development and reinvigoration of the original OLYMPIAN LANES and later did so by successfully transforming it into a multi-level commercial shopping center now known as OLYMPIAN LANE (Mabini Street, Baguio / 2022).
Legacy. The boom in Philippine commercialization and the rise in demand for more business space over the following years inspired OLYMPIAN LAND to completely embrace its real estate flair and commit to building even more commercial structures under its name, such as OLYMPIAN LIFESTYLE CENTER mall (Mabini Street, Baguio / 2012). Aside from building, OLYMPIAN LAND has also ventured into leasing out land properties, such as OLYMPIAN COURT (San Fernando, Pampanga / 2022) which proudly houses its anchor tenant, Starbucks. All this and more, in the tradition of and guided by the vision of the first OLYMPIAN LAND generation. After almost 80 years of turning challenges into opportunities, transforming decline into revival, committing to gaining more ground, and carefully handing over the reins from one family generation to the next, OLYMPIAN LAND is still standing—and building.
With commercial spaces in Baguio and Manila becoming highly prized commodities, Olympian Land is committed to offering businesses of various sized opportunities to occupy prime spots to boost their competitiveness.
